Best Catch Spots

As a community of dedicated Pokémon Go players, we have scoured the town to find the best spots to catch Pokémon, battle in gyms and participate in raids.

Here are some of our top recommendations:

• Neshaminy State Park - This is one of the primary locations for Lower Bucks. With a great amount of gyms and stops within walking distance, as well as a great spawn count, this gigantic park is great in the warm months. It is open year-round, so if you can take the cold feel free to come out during the winter! Our big meetups take place here where we have had BBQ's and picnics while catching Pokémon.

• Bristol Wharf - A smaller location than Neshaminy State Park, but this area is no joke. With many gyms all within a close radius, this is an ideal raid hour location for some. Players can also be found here for Community Days. For events such as Global Go! Fest, parks like Neshaminy State park are recommended, but fun play can still be had at the Bristol Wharf. Plenty of food options as well for when you may need to take a break. This play area is right on the water so the sights can be nice!

• Newtown, PA - Historic Newtown Borough is the spot for refilling an empty item bag! Not only that, but there are a lot of gyms and spawns to keep you busy. This location is great for a day out, as there are many small businesses and food/drink spots to take a break at. On event days, almost every stop in the borough will have a lure to help you increase your catch count or your Picnicker badge!
